Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What carriers do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS, selecting the most reliable and cost-effective option for your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.
We believe in thoughtful production and responsible stewardship, which means minimizing waste and unnecessary shipping whenever possible.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes — we offer one-time exchanges on eligible apparel items (t-shirts and hoodies only) within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Are hats and beanies final sale?
Yes. Due to their nature and fit, all hats and beanies are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is incorrect or has a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Intelligently Designed reflects the Christian biblical belief that life comes from God, our Creator. We believe human life is not the product of chance or chaos— it is created with purpose, intention, and meaning. Our designs exist to point beyond ourselves to that truth.
Who are the Soul Seekers?
Soul Seekers are those who know there is more to life than material existence.
They seek truth over comfort, meaning over distraction, and eternity over trend. They reject the idea that humans are merely biological accidents and affirm that we are created beings with a God-given purpose.
Soul Seekers live with conviction, grounded in the belief that what we do now echoes into eternity.
Who is behind Intelligently Designed?
The name Cognitum comes from Latin, meaning “that which is known or understood.” It reflects a commitment to clarity, knowledge, and purposeful creation — values that align with seeking truth rather than rejecting it.
How do science and faith work together?
Science explores the mechanisms of the natural world. Faith answers the deeper questions of origin, meaning, morality, and purpose. When science is practiced honestly, it often reveals order, complexity, and design — all of which point beyond themselves to God. Scripture confirms this truth:

For us, science is not a replacement for God; it is a tool that reveals His craftsmanship and invites us to worship the Creator whose handiwork is visible in every living thing.
