This principle guides our commitment to mindful production, limited inventory, and minimal waste. For this reason, we maintain a no-return policy with limited exchanges on select items.

Apparel Exchanges (T-Shirts & Hoodies Only)
We understand that sizing can be tricky. To help, we offer one-time exchanges on eligible apparel items.
Exchange eligibility:
- Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- One exchange per item
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible
To initiate an exchange, email support@intelligentlydesigned.co within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the exchange is due to our error.
Hats & Beanies — Final Sale
Due to their limited nature and unique fit, all hat sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for hats.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is incorrect or has a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and unwashed
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture are not considered defects
- Damage caused by wear, washing, or misuse is not eligible for replacement
- All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Shipping Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to address errors, additional shipping fees may apply.
